The price is totally reasonable for such a location and facilities. I paid 211e for 3 nights (including city tax). * Price It worths your money to stay here. The cleaning lady make up the room perfectly everyday as long as you don't hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door. They can speak English and they provide you with tourist map and information when you check in. It is quite and comfortable and I slept perfectly fine. Bathroom is clean with walk-in shower and hair dryer. They provide you with towels, a bar of soap, shampoo and shower gel and toilet paper. Heater, wardrobe, safe box,mini bar, fridge and luggage place is available. Bed is comfortable with white cotton bedsheet. Internet is available and well-function all the time. Security is super since you have to open at least 4 doors to get in the room.
In that case, you should contact the owner at first place or ask for help around. This could be a problem with who don't have a SIM card. Also, in order to open the main door to the building, you need to call an Italian phone number (and the door will open automatically). However, there is NO elevator so ask for help with your luggage. It is ancient but nice and the air circulation is good. * Facilities: The hotel is actually a part of a residential building. It's also in tourist area so it is easy to reach anywhere in the historical area of Rome. *Location: Very very very good, it's just around 200m to Piazza Spagna (and Spagna metro station) and Via del Corso (shopping street). Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Rome.
